Data Deletion Instructions
Learning Saint respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including any information you shared with us through our website forms or through Facebook / Meta Lead Ads and similar advertising campaigns.
This page should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it.
1. What This Covers
When you contact us, enquire about a course, or submit your details through a form on our website or through a Facebook / Meta Lead Ad, we may store information such as your name, email address, phone number, course of interest, and related enquiry details so our team can respond to you. You can ask us to delete this information at any time.
2. How to Request Deletion of Your Data
To request deletion, please email us and we will take care of the rest:
- Send an email to [email protected].
- Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
- In the message, include the name and the email address and/or phone number you used when you contacted us or submitted a lead form, so we can locate your records.
- Where possible, send the request from the same email address that is associated with your enquiry, which helps us verify your identity.
- If your enquiry came through a Facebook / Meta Lead Ad, it helps (but is not required) to mention that so we can locate the correct lead record.
You do not need an account or a password to request deletion — a simple email is enough.
3. What Happens Next — Response Timeframe
- We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days of receiving it.
- We will complete deletion of the relevant personal data within 30 days of verifying your request.
- Once deletion is complete, we will confirm by email.
- We may need to verify your identity before processing the request to protect your data from unauthorized deletion.
4. Information We May Need to Retain
In some cases, we may be legally or operationally required to keep limited information even after a deletion request — for example, records needed to comply with tax, accounting, audit, legal, or dispute-resolution obligations, or to prevent fraud and abuse. Where this applies, we will delete everything we are not required to keep and retain the remaining data only for as long as necessary and permitted by law.
5. Related Rights
In addition to deletion, depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have the right to access, correct, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
